SheetPDF by Marinette ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how SheetPDF handles your information when you use our Google Workspace add-on.
What data SheetPDF accesses
SheetPDF requests access to the following Google services in order to function:
- Google Sheets — to read invoice, client, and settings data you have entered into your spreadsheet
- Google Drive — to save generated PDF files to your Drive and retrieve logo image files you have uploaded
- Gmail — to open a pre-filled compose window so you can send invoices to clients
SheetPDF only accesses data in the specific spreadsheet where it is installed. It does not access any other files, folders, or data in your Google account.
How we use your data
SheetPDF processes your data locally within your Google account to generate PDF documents from your spreadsheet data, save those PDFs to your Google Drive, and pre-fill Gmail compose windows with invoice details. We do not transmit, store, or process your data on any external server. Your business data never leaves the Google ecosystem.
Data we do not collect
SheetPDF does not collect or store your personal or business data on our servers, share your data with third parties, use your data for advertising or marketing purposes, or track your usage behavior beyond what Google provides to all Workspace add-on developers.
Google API Services
SheetPDF's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
Because SheetPDF does not collect or store your data externally, there is no data for us to retain or delete. All data remains in your Google account under your control at all times.
Children's privacy
SheetPDF is designed for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of SheetPDF after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
