These Terms of Service govern your use of Invoice Manager for Sheets ("the add-on"), a Google Workspace add-on provided by Marinette ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these terms.
Use of the add-on
Invoice Manager for Sheets is provided for lawful business use. You agree to use the add-on only for its intended purpose — managing invoices, clients, and related business records within Google Sheets. You are responsible for all data you enter and all invoices you generate using the add-on.
Your data
All data you enter into Invoice Manager for Sheets remains in your Google account. We do not access, store, or transmit your business data to external servers. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No warranty
Invoice Manager for Sheets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the add-on at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marinette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on, including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Changes to the add-on
We may update, modify, or discontinue Invoice Manager for Sheets at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the Google Workspace Marketplace listing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the add-on after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
