Every Marinette add-on runs inside your own Google account, and none of them send your data to us or to anyone else. Because each add-on touches different parts of your account, each one has its own privacy policy that says exactly what it can and cannot see.
All products share one set of Terms of Service. Templates from the template shop are plain Google Sheets™, Google Docs™, Microsoft Excel®, and Microsoft Word® files: they contain no code that sends data anywhere, and no policy beyond the terms applies to them. A Google template stays in your Google account, and an Excel or Word file stays wherever you keep it.
This website itself collects very little. The carpool board and the snack sign-up boards store what a group types onto a board, and an email address if you ask for the link by email; their own page covers that. The schedule import tool passes the file you upload to the model that reads it and keeps nothing. Beyond those, the one place this site collects anything is the newsletter box at the bottom of the free guide pages. An address typed in there lands in a private spreadsheet in my own Google account and is used for exactly one thing: saying so when a new free guide is finished. It is never sold, never shared, and never added to another list. The guides themselves stay free and ungated either way, and asking to be taken off the list is enough to be taken off it.
