My friends spent 48 hours blowing up a WhatsApp group over a carpool for a trip I wasn’t even going on. My phone would not stop buzzing, so I built this to make it stop. It took about ten minutes, and they pinned it. If your group chat is blowing up with messages about carpooling, this is your app.

What to know
- Nobody signs up. The link is the whole thing.
- Anyone with the link can add a car, fill a seat, or fix a mistake, so a small change does not have to wait on you.
- First names only, please. It's all the board needs, and it's all that travels when somebody forwards the link.
- Every board clears itself 60 days after its last day, or sooner if someone deletes it. The date is at the bottom of the board, with a delete link under it.

Common questions
Does anyone need an account?
No. Not the person who sets it up, not the people who use it. Open the link, tap, done.
Can two people edit at the same time?
Yes. Everyone sees changes within a few seconds. If two people tap the same seat at the same moment, one of them gets it and the other sees who did, so nothing is lost or overwritten.
What if something needs to change?
Anyone can tap and change it: swap a name, take one out, add a car, edit a day. That's the trade for having no logins, and in practice it's how the sheet this grew from worked for a whole school group.
Does it work for a whole season?
Yes. Add the days once; past days fold up so the current one is on top. Up to 60 days per board.
Can I use it for snacks, or volunteers, or a potluck?

Where does the board live, and for how long?
On a server I run, so the whole group sees the same thing. It clears itself 60 days after the last day, or sooner if someone deletes it. The date it will clear is printed at the bottom of every board, with a delete-for-everyone link under it. Details are on the privacy page.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial. If a paid option ever comes along for heavier use, anything you've made before then will stay free and accessible. It's made by Marinette, who makes small tools for schools, clubs, and small businesses.
